At KNOWTHYS Global, we offer a hybrid catalog consisting of digital downloads, professional digital services, and physical sports and recreation equipment. Please review our specific refund and return guidelines below based on the category of your purchase.

1. Digital Products & Templates (e.g., Excel Templates, Digital Assets)

  • Final Sale / Non-Refundable: Due to the intangible nature of digital downloads and instant-access templates, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.

  • Exceptions for Corrupted Files: If a digital file is proven to be corrupted, broken, or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end, you are eligible for a replacement file or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at author@knowthys.com with your order details and proof of the issue.

2. Digital Services & Web Development (e.g., Landing Page Design, Custom Setup)

  • Milestone-Based Refunds: For custom web development and digital consultancy services, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:

    • Before Work Begins: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your project request before design or development work has officially commenced.

    • During Active Development: Once milestones have been defined and active work has started, refunds are evaluated on a pro-rata basis depending on the completed deliverables.

    • Upon Completion: Once the final service or landing page has been delivered and approved, service fees become entirely non-refundable.

3. Physical Sports & Recreation Products (e.g., Cricket Equipment, T-Shirts, Caps)

  • 30-Day Return Window: For physical merchandise (such as tennis cricket balls, apparel, t-shirts, and caps), our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, physical items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received them.

    • In their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Physical Items:

    • Items showing obvious signs of wear, use, or alteration.

    • Items damaged through customer misuse or improper handling.

  • Shipping Returns: To return a physical product, please contact author@knowthys.com to receive instructions on shipping the item to your nearest operational office. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return request or physical product return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
