Making Beef Boti Tikka
A simple and easy way to joy this Eid-ul-Azha with home-made Special Beef Tikka Boti in Karahi within few minutes without any special BBQ fixtures.
While other family members are busy in cutting and distribution of meat after sacrificing the animals, you can take a good piece of meat and cut it with a sharp knife in a cubicle shape. Don’t forget to keep fat with small pieces of meat.
Keep meat in a bowl and take the separate bowl to make Marinade. Take some reasonable quantity of below-mentioned ingredients:
Shan Tikka Masala
Papaya (Kacha) paste
Vinegar (few drops)
Red Chilli (powder)
if you like crispy meat so add little quantity of cornflour after the meat dry.
Mix all ingredients before putting meat in the bowl of ingredients. Mix well ingredients paste with meat and keep it for 15 minutes to marinate well. You can leave meat on marination for 30 mins as well to get the best results and taste if you want.
It’s time to switch on the flames of your stove. Take some butter in Karahi and add marinated meat in Karahi on low flame. Mix meat well in Karahi with the help of dish spoon and cover the Karahi for few mins on medium flame. Put off the cap of Karahi and let the smoke come out, mix it well again and cover it for few minutes again until it becomes as much dry as you want.
The wait is over, bring your spicy, delicious Beef Tikka Boti in the dish, decorate it with toping of Lemon, Coriander and Capsicums. Enjoy with Green Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce. Round Onion with lemon juice is the best supportive salad.
